We are moving to on-line registrations in the near future, in order to provide a more secure and more efficient service.  Manual registrations via post or fax will still be available for those who prefer this method, and for those who require an invoice prior to paying (available to Government and organisations supplying a Purchase Order).  For manual registrations use this Registration Form.

Click on the workshop you wish to register for, and you will be directed to our secure e-commerce page. Within one week of your registration you will receive by email your complete workshop materials, including pre-workshop reading, links to any MP3 or UTube files, and your personalised workshop manual. 

PRIVACY POLICY     We appreciate how much you value your privacy.  Any information we collect in relation to your registration is kept strictly secured.  We never pass this information to anyone else or any other organisation.  We use the information to confirm your eligibility to attend our workshop (e.g. Registered Health Professional status), to provide you with personalised materials, and to provide you with our newsletter, if you wish to receive it.

SECURITY     All on-line payment details are handled by our external Australian Internet gateway and shopping cart providers ( www.eway.com.au and www.registernow.com.au ), using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology approved by our bank, Westpac. 128-bit SSL encryption is approximated  to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard.  We never see your credit card details.  If you are concerned about using an on-line payment system you can use the Manual Registration method, which is in fact less secure.  For manual registrations, where you provide your credit card information in writing, this information is securely destroyed once your payment has been processed. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Registrations are not confirmed until full payment has been received or, for Government Departments and organisations, a Purchase Order has been received.  You will receive an email confirmation within 2 working days of your registration.

All transactions are in Australian dollars, and GST is applicable to all registration fees. We accept on-line payments by Mastercard and Visa.  American Express and Diners Club card cannot be used.  Manual registrations ( post or fax ) can be made by using a Purchase Order, cheque, or with Mastercard or Visa card.

Disclaimer    
The organisers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any workshop for which sufficient registrations are not received up to 3 weeks prior to the workshop starting date. Existing registrants will be sent a full refund, and may keep any materials sent.  We cannot reimburse any expenses you may have incurred, but we will reimburse the cost of travel insurance directly related to attending this workshop, on receipt of your insurance receipt. 

Cancellation  and Refund Policy
Refunds , less a $50.00 administration fee, are given for cancellations received in writing by email if workshop materials have not been sent.  Cancellations received after workshop materials have been sent out, and more than 15 days before the scheduled start of the workshop are given, less a $100 administration and materials fee.  Cancellations made within 15 days of the scheduled start date of the workshop are not refundable, but may be transferred in full to one other person.  We must be advised of the full details of your substitute person as on our Manual Registration Form AND you must pass onto this person all personalised materials that you have received.
